Shipping Policy

EXPRESS DELIVERY RATES & DELIVERY TIME:

All order shipped with DHL Express or FedEx which are door delivered.

Shipping cost to your address as well estimated delivery time will be indicated on the checkout page. 

If your order exceeds a certain value your shipping option will automatically get upgraded to free express delivery. Please refer to the top most announcement bar to learn about the order value which qualifies for free express delivery.

Please note that delivery time indicated on the product page or at the checkout is merely an estimated time. Any exception or delay on the part of shipping carrier (especially during holiday seasons) may lead to a delay in the actual shipping or delivery time for which we will not issue any refund. However, if your order does not reach you at all then we will surely issue a full refund. 

In the event the express delivery partner (e.g. DHL Express or FedEx) makes multiple attempts to deliver your order and because of your omission your order does not get delivered/collected and it gets returned back to us then a total of EUR 15 will be deducted from your entire refund. Please note that delivery partners always call on phone and contact via email to ensure timely delivery therefore please be attentive to the communication with them.

 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME:

All order are eligible for a free standard shipping (via postal service) only to the EU & UK with a transit time of 8-14 working days.

Please note that free shipping time indicated on the checkout is merely an estimated time. Any exception or delay on the part of postal service (especially during holiday seasons) may lead to a delay in the actual transit or delivery time for which we will not issue any refund. If your order does not reach you at all then we will surely issue a full refund. 

If your local postal service does not deliver parcels directly to your address then they are meant to be collected from your local post office. Post offices usually notify via SMS/email or send information to your physical mailbox about parcel collection. In the event you fail to collect your order and it gets returned back to us then a total of EUR 8 will be deducted from your entire refund. Therefore you should carefully pay attention to notifications/communication with your post office and track your order regularly with help of the tracking number sent to you at the time of shipping.

 

TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES:

You won't have to pay any taxes or customs duties on any order (including fine jewellery) as long as your delivery address is in the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE & Singapore.
