Cancellation, Returns, Refund Policy
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason from the time of placing an order until it has been fulfilled and shipped to you (i.e. when a tracking number is sent to you).
To cancel your order please fill out the cancellation form here or send us an email on email@example.com requesting cancellation along your order details.
When your order is successfully cancelled you will be informed via email and the refund process will be initiated within 48 hours after that.
Please allow your bank upto 4-5 working days to credit your refund back to your payment method.
If your order has already been shipped you cannot cancel your order but you can return it as per the return policy below.
FREE RETURN & REFUND:
All requests for free returns must be initiated within 14 days from the receipt of your order by filling this form.
As per our free return policy if you are returning your order because you have received a wrong, defective, or damaged product, be assured that we will initiate a refund for it after approving your return request which can take up to 2 working days. We will inform you via email once we have initiated the refund process.
For claiming a free return you must make sure to upload in the return form images of the wrong, defective, or damaged products that you have received. You can wrote to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach product images in support of your return request if you haven't uploaded images in the return form.
In case of a free return we will either pay you for the return shipping cost or refund you for the damaged, defective, or wrong product received by you.
If you have not received your order at all we will refund what you’ve paid for it. Do write us about it on email@example.com or simply message us from our website homepage.
PARTIAL FREE RETURN & REFUND:
If you are returning your order because you are unhappy with your purchase or for any other reason other than receiving defective, damaged, or wrong products then you are eligible only for a partial free return. This means you ship back the order to our warehouse at your own expense and after receiving your order we will process your return and initiate a refund for the returned order.
In case of partial free return, after initiating a return (which should be within 14 days from receiving your order) you have additional 14 days within which you must ship back your order. Ensure to ship via reliable shipping service (e.g. post office service) which provides order tracking number. After shipping back your order you can inform us about the shipping details (tracking number and the name of shipping service) by mailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Make sure you return your order in its original condition (including box, labels etc.) and ship it back in a durable packaging. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transit. After receiving back your order, we will review it and approve your return. Once your return is approved we will within 24 hours initiate the refund process for the returned products. We will inform you via email once we have initiated the refund process.
All products come along 12 months’ warranty. If you receive a defective or damaged product you can claim full refund for what you've paid for it by initiating a free return. If you discover quality defects such as jewelry/accessories components falling off, you can can send back the products to us and we will issue a refund for it or send it back to you after fixing it. The cost of sending back the product to us shall be borne by the customer.
Quality defects or damages caused by rough use, friction, exposure to chemicals, excessive heat or water will not be covered by warranty.
