Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
FREE RETURN & REFUND:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of its receipt. All requests for returns must be initiated within 14 days from the receipt of your order by filling this return form or by mailing us on email@example.com.
Each order is carefully checked and packed before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product we will either refund you full amount or send a free replacement for it. To claim full refund against a defective product you must send us images in support of your claim within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can initiate a return either by clicking here or write us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of a free replacement you may have to return the damaged/defective product back to us for our quality review. In this case we will send you the return shipping label at our expense.
If you have not received your order at all we will refund what you’ve paid for it. Do write us about it on email@example.com or simply message us from our website homepage.
PARTIAL FREE RETURN & REFUND:
You can return your order back to us within 14 days of its receipt for any reason. If you are returning your order because you are unhappy with your purchase or for any other reason other than receiving defective, damaged, or wrong products then you are eligible only for a partial free return. This means you ship back the order to our EU warehouse at your own expense and after receiving your order we will process your return and initiate a refund for the returned order. To compensate you for the return shipping cost we will gift you with store credit.
It is important that you return your order through a reliable shipping service (e.g. post office service) which provides order tracking number. After shipping back your order you can inform us about the shipping details (tracking number and the name of shipping service) by mailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org or via homepage chat.
Make sure you return your order in its original condition (including box, labels etc.) and ship it back in a durable packaging. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transit. After receiving back your order, we will review it and approve your return. Once your return is approved we will within 24 hours initiate the refund process for the returned products. We will inform you via email once we have initiated the refund process. Please note that depending on your payment method it can take up to 7-10 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account statement.
All products come along 12 months’ warranty. If you receive a defective or damaged product you can claim full refund for what you've paid for it by initiating a free return (see above).
If you discover quality defects such as jewellery/accessories components falling off or jewellery breaking, you can can send back the products back to us and we will issue a refund for it or send it back to you after fixing it at our cost. The cost of sending back the product to us shall be borne by the customer.
Please note that quality defects or damages caused by rough use, friction, exposure to chemicals (such as soaps, perfumes, sanitisers, lotions etc), excessive heat or water will not be covered by warranty. Basic wearing off caused by regular use of jewellery (especially in case of tone plated jewellery) will not also be covered by warranty. Learn more about jewellery care here.

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. However, you can always return the order within 14 days to claim refund against your order.
