EXPRESS DELIVERY RATES & DELIVERY TIME:

All order shipped with express delivery are door delivered either by DHL Express or FedEx.

Shipping cost of your address will be indicated on the checkout page. 

If your order exceeds a certain value your shipping option will automatically get upgraded to free express delivery. Please refer to the top most announcement bar to learn about the order value which qualifies for free express delivery.

Estimate delivery time of orders can be found out on the product page itself.

Please note that delivery time indicated on the product page or at the checkout is merely an estimated time. Any exception or delay on the part of shipping carrier (especially during holiday seasons) may lead to a delay in the actual shipping or delivery time. For such delays which are beyond our control we will not issue a refund for the shipping cost. If your order does not reach you at all then we will surely issue a full refund. 

FREE SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME:

All order are eligible for a standard free shipping (via post) only to the EU & UK. 

Estimate transit time within EU is 8-14 working days and for UK it is 10-14 working days.

TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES:

You won't have to pay any taxes or customs duties on any order (including fine jewellery) as long as your delivery address is in the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Singapore, Hong Kong & India.
